When is the sailing date?
The delivery of boxes to Indonesia takes place weekly via cargo ship. However, due to port congestion and Covid-19 protocols, there is a likelihood of sailing delays affecting delivery. Projected sailing dates are thus updated on a weekly basis.

How long does it take to reach intended recipient?
While times can vary, the typical delivery duration is as follows: Jakarta and Java : approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the sailing date.
Lampung and Madura : approximately 3 to 4 weeks from sailing date.
Luar Jawa of Java : approximately 5 to 6 weeks from sailing date.
Why are the contents of my package messy?
All our containers are subjected to inspection by Indonesia Customs at Tanjung Priok Port in Jakarta. The check will occasionally include removing of items from its packaging for stringent examination.

This process will be done manually by the Customs Officers. To prevent further delay for clearance, the repacking of items will be done in a very fast manner.

This will inherently cause different packing arrangements from its previous form.
What are the taxes involved for my delivery?
The service we provide is tax-free, as all our cargo is classified under personal effects. This requires that the items you send are intended for personal use, with no commercial value. Taxes and penalties will be incurred for commercial and dutiable goods. You may call our hotline or send us an email for more information.
How do I track my box?
You may track your package via this link , where you will need to enter your telephone number and the package number.
Can I send electronic items outside of Java?
The delivery lead time to outskirts of Java is the longest compared to the lead time to other destinations. The journey will have many transit points multiple transfers and change of vehicle. Thus, for the overall safety and well-being of your cargo, Pos TKI does not encourage our customers to send electronic items to outskirts of Java.
